Policy Board
Our Policy Board is comprised of 11 members who are either locally elected or government officials. They represent the counties of Hot Spring and Garland, as well as the cities/municipalities of Hot Springs, Fountain Lake, Mountain Pine, and the Hot Springs Property Owners Association.
Technical Committee
Our Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is comprised of 15 members who vary in experience and background. They are planners, engineers, real-estate developers, public works, airport, transit, and a host of other backgrounds. These individuals provide technical expertise about potential projects, funding, and priorities. They make recommendations to our Policy Board which makes the final determination.
